- Potato and meat pie

Boil the potatoes and mash them, adding butter and milk.
Beef mixture
In a pan, heat the oil and pour the onions, stirring slowly until they get soft and transparent. Then add the beef, pepper, salt and cumin. Keep at a medium heat until beef is cooked.
On a greased baking dish, spread half of the mashed potatoes one-inch thick. On top of that, smooth the beef mixture in a one-inch layer, cover with grated cheese, and repeat another potato layer to seal it. Sprinkle with cheese and nutmeg. Finally, level with a fork, place in the oven and cook until the pie's surface is browned.
