  • Steam the chard. Chop it and squeeze it so as to remove the water completely.

    On a greased baking dish, pour half of the chard. Then pour half of the Béchamel sauce, half of the grated cheese and the whole mozzarella cheese.

    On top of this first layer, add first the remaining chard, second the Béchamel sauce and third the remaining grated cheese.

    Place in the oven and bake until golden.

    This dish can be served alone or as garnish with meat courses.
