  • Don Mario Ferrari inherited from his italian parents their fondness for haut cuisine. In fact, he dedicated his whole life to gastronomy, starting at a very young age, working in refined restaurants in several parts of the country. In 1952 he settled down in the province of Mendoza, where he met Mr. Balbi, who taught him about service excellence and refined gastronomy. After years of hard work as chef and customer service provider, he opened up "Don Mario" restaurant.

    At present, Don Mario restaurant is a traditional, high-quality "parrilla" (grill restaurant) where you can enjoy some of the best and most typical barbecues of Argentina.
